GnaviQ

GnaviQ turns the GPS trackers in your vehicles into a fleet you can actually see. Open the app and every vehicle is on the map, live — where it is, whether the engine is running, how fast it is moving and when it was last heard from. Built for fleet owners and small transport businesses in India who need to know what their vehicles are doing without calling a driver to ask. REQUIRES A GnaviQ GPS DEVICE This app works with GnaviQ GPS tracking hardware fitted to your vehicles. It is not a phone-based tracker and will not track a vehicle on its own. Contact us at [email protected] if you do not have a device yet. LIVE TRACKING • Every vehicle on one map, updating as it moves • Speed, ignition state, battery and signal at a glance • Tap a vehicle for its full status and recent activity • Clear indication when a tracker goes quiet, so you are never guessing TRIPS AND HISTORY • Automatic trip detection — start, end, distance and duration • Replay any journey on the map • Stops and idling, so you can see where the time actually went GEOFENCES • Draw a zone around a depot, customer site or route • Get told the moment a vehicle enters or leaves • Works while the app is closed ALERTS THAT REACH YOU • Overspeeding, harsh braking and ignition on/off • Geofence entry and exit • Tampering and device disconnection • A vehicle going offline unexpectedly Critical alerts — SOS, theft and tampering — keep sounding until someone acknowledges them, so they are not missed in a noisy cab or a pocket. SOS Drivers can raise an SOS from the app. It reaches the fleet immediately with the vehicle's position attached. DRIVERS • Assign drivers to vehicles and see who was driving when • A dedicated driver view with their own trips and alerts • Keep licence and document details in one place YOUR TEAM • Invite operators, supervisors and viewers • Control precisely what each person can see and do • Sensitive actions are permission-gated and recorded DOCUMENTS Keep RC, insurance and permit details against each vehicle, with reminders before they expire. PRIVACY AND YOUR DATA Your fleet data belongs to you. We never sell it. You can delete your account and its data from inside the app at any time — More, then Delete Account — and it is reversible for 30 days if you change your mind. Full details at gnaviq.in/legal/account-deletion. Location is used only while the app is open, to show where you are relative to your vehicles, to centre the map when you draw a geofence and to attach your position to an SOS. We never track your phone in the background. SUPPORT [email protected] GnaviQ is a product of WayWheel.
