Wax Stak

WaxStak is the companion app for technicians working with the WaxStak management system for auto detailing and vehicle care businesses. An account is required. WaxStak Field is issued by your employer as part of their WaxStak subscription — you sign in with the credentials your company provides. It is not a standalone app and has no consumer signup. BUILT FOR THE WORK DAY See the jobs assigned to you, with the vehicle, the customer, the services booked, and everything you need before you arrive. Work through a job from start to finish without leaving the app. • Your schedule — today's jobs and what's coming up • Job details — vehicle, services, pricing, and notes from the office • Customer and vehicle records, including past service history • Photo documentation — capture before-and-after condition at the vehicle • Job notes and customer signature capture on completion • Time tracking — clock in and out, record breaks, review your own hours • Navigation to your next stop WORKS WITHOUT A SIGNAL Detailing happens in parking garages, driveways, and shops where coverage is unreliable. WaxStak Field is built to keep working when the connection does not. Jobs, notes, photos, and time entries are stored on the device and sync automatically the moment you are back online — nothing is lost and nothing has to be re-entered. PAYMENT AT THE VEHICLE Close out a job on site. Charge a payment method already on file for the customer, or send them a secure payment link by email to complete on their own device. Card details are never entered into or stored by this app — payments are handled by our PCI-compliant payment provider. PRIVACY Location is used to provide navigation and routing between jobs, and can be declined — the rest of the app works without it. Job photos have location data removed on the device at the moment of capture, so photos you take never carry the coordinates of a customer's home or workplace. Your company's data stays within your company's account. ABOUT WAXSTAK WaxStak is scheduling, customer management, invoicing, and payments for auto detailing businesses.
