Waxd Merchant

Turn your smartphone into a powerful ticketing terminal. The Waxd Merchant App empowers shop owners and transit agents to sell, top up, and manage QR tickets effortlessly, seamlessly connecting commuters to the Waxd Taxi ecosystem. Whether you are an independent shop owner or managing a team of ticket sellers, Waxd Merchant makes daily transactions fast, secure, and completely hassle-free. Key Features: • Flexible Ticket Sales: Sell QR tickets instantly. Accept payments the way your customers want to pay—via Cash or Card. • Seamless Taxi Integration: Generated QR tickets are ready to be scanned directly by the Waxd Taxi App for immediate commuter boarding. • Smart QR Linking: Link a physical or digital QR code directly to a customer’s mobile number. If they lose their ticket, their balance remains secure and tied to their identity. • Instant QR Top-Ups: Customers don't need to buy a new ticket every time. If a commuter has R1 left on their QR code, you can easily top it up with R3 (or any amount) in just a few taps. • Dual-Role Management: Keep your business secure with built-in role permissions: o Merchant (Owner): Full access to the dashboard, sales history, revenue reports, and employee management. o Employee (Seller): A streamlined interface strictly focused on selling tickets and processing top-ups, keeping your sensitive financial data safe.
