JET Express Driver

JET Express is a dynamic startup focused on revolutionizing last-mile delivery for domestic shipments. Our app is designed to help drivers seamlessly manage their delivery tasks, ensuring timely and efficient service. Key Features: Track Assigned Shipments: Easily follow the progress of your assigned shipments, with detailed information about each delivery, including current status and expected delivery times. Manage Deliveries: Deliver shipments directly to customers with streamlined tools that ensure accuracy and efficiency in the final leg of the delivery process. Warehouse Integration: Effortlessly load shipments from the warehouse into your delivery schedule, keeping your day organized and on track. Real-Time Order Updates: Stay up-to-date with real-time notifications and updates on new orders and any changes to your delivery schedule. Customer Communication: The app provides an easy way to communicate with recipients, ensuring that all delivery details are clear and that customer expectations are met. Call Log Access for Performance Measurement: Our application requests permission for call log access to feed the CRM backend system with drivers' call duration and information. This feature is designed to measure drivers' call performance and provide proof of calls made, ensuring accountability and efficiency in customer interactions. Driver Location Permission: The app requires driver location permission to monitor and track driver routes and locations. This is essential for optimal operations management and follow-up, ensuring that deliveries are made efficiently and accurately. Powered by Wassel Express: JET is proudly powered by Wassel Express, bringing innovation and reliability to last-mile delivery. Use of Accessibility Service: This app uses the AccessibilityService API solely to assist drivers in automatically sending prefilled delivery and shipment updates to customer phone numbers via messaging apps, eliminating manual taps for each recipient. Why it is needed: Standard messaging deep links only prefill message text in the compose box. The Accessibility Service is used to locate and trigger the send action on behalf of the driver to streamline frequent customer notifications. Scope of use: The service is active only during automated message delivery actions. It does not inspect, read, or process screen content outside of completing these notification tasks. Privacy & Control: This service does not collect, store, or share personal or sensitive data. Phone numbers and message details are processed locally. Drivers must explicitly grant permission in System Settings and can disable it at any time.
