PARTIAL PAYMENTS, CLEAR HISTORY Record deposits and installments. Keep an exact balance and prevent payments exceeding the amount owed. Correct mistaken entries and archive completed records. FRIENDLY FOLLOW-UPS Prepare a reminder using the current balance. Copy it or choose a messaging app from the Android share sheet. You choose the recipient and send the message. Nothing is sent automatically. STATEMENTS AND BACKUPS Print or save a payment statement as a PDF using Android Print. Export CSV reports or full JSON backups. Restore a backup after reviewing the replacement confirmation. FREE WITH ADS No subscription, Pro upgrade or two-customer limit. Version 1.1 includes Google AdMob banner ads. Payment tracking, reminders and exports remain usable offline and when ads cannot load. Advertising privacy choices are available in Settings where applicable. LOCAL RECORDS No signup. Customer and payment records stay in the app's private storage and are not sent to AdMob. Ads may use device identifiers, approximate location, app interactions and diagnostics as described in our privacy policy. Exported files and shared reminders go where you choose. Keep regular JSON backups: uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes local records. Supports INR, NPR, USD, GBP, EUR, AUD and CAD. DuesTrail is a payment record tool, not a bank, payment processor, tax invoice generator or accounting service. Automatic notifications and cloud sync are not included.
