Full description

WalkThru IQ turns your job-site walkthrough into a priced estimate, a work plan, and professional invoices — before you're back in the truck. WALK IT. TALK IT. SEND IT. Record your walkthrough narration (or just type notes), snap photos of site conditions, and WalkThru IQ builds a complete, line-item estimate with local pricing for your area. Review it, adjust anything, and send your customer a secure approval link — no app or account needed on their end. BUILT FOR CONTRACTORS • Voice-to-estimate: narrate the job once — rooms, measurements, materials, conditions • Local pricing: material costs checked against real retailer pricing for your ZIP • Materials list: quantities, sources, and share-ready export for the supply run • Customer approvals: secure link, digital signature, instant notification • Work plans: phases, schedule, and staffing generated from the estimate • Invoices: deposit, progress, and final — sent as secure links your customer signs • Get paid your way: display your Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or payment link • Job costing: track spending against the estimate as work happens • Fully bilingual: the whole app in English or Spanish — and your customer documents render in YOUR customer's language • Works on phone and web — same account, same data, everywhere YOUR EVENINGS ARE YOURS AGAIN Stop rebuilding the day's walkthroughs at the kitchen table. What used to take hours of typing happens on-site, in minutes. We handle the paperwork after. • Upload an existing walkthrough recording and get an estimate from it. • Push notifications: know the moment a customer views, approves, or signs your estimate. • Your free trial now starts with your first walkthrough — not the day you sign up. • Google sign-in fixed, plus polish and bug fixes.
