Set your daily step goal (3,000-20,000 steps) 2. Set the penalty for each missed day 3. Register a card and start your challenge Then just walk. No cancellation fee FAIR JUDGMENT A day is finalized at noon the following day, and only the step count received after that day ends is used to judge a miss. You will never be charged based on a partial, mid-day step count. The moment you pass your goal, the day is locked in as achieved. Manually entered step data is never used. ABOUT STEP DATA WalkFine reads only your step count from Health Connect, and never writes any data. Steps are used for exactly two things: deciding whether you reached your own goal, and detecting manually entered steps so nobody can fake a goal. Your step data is never used for advertising, never sold, and never used for credit, insurance, employment or lending decisions. Health Connect needs a step provider installed on your phone. If steps cannot be read, WalkFine will not let a challenge start, so you are never charged for days it could not measure.
