Keynspect

Record every property walkthrough as if you were hanging a metal key tag on a workshop rack. Keynspect gives home inspectors, homebuyers, and landlords a tactile, no-fuss inspection log that replaces heavy forms with color-coded key cards. Your Overview dashboard greets you with an engraved brass nameplate showing your total inspections and a red enamel oval tag that counts every property needing attention. A horizontal strip displays the last three tags you created, so you can resume recent work with a single tap. Creating a new inspection takes you to a clean stamped-metal form where you enter the full address, pick the inspection date, choose a condition with three large tappable swatches, and jot down free-text observations. The moment you save, a new metal tag appears on your rack with a snap-on plastic cover that instantly signals the condition: green for Good, amber for Fair, and red for Needs Attention. The All Tags tab lists every inspection sorted by newest first, and you can search by address in real time to find any property within seconds. Swiping left on a tag prompts a simple confirmation dialogue before permanently removing it, keeping your collection tidy. Tapping any tag opens an edit screen where you can update the date, condition, notes, or address without losing your original record. The Board organises your inspections into three vertical lanes matching the condition states, each lane clearly displaying its own count at the top. When a property changes status after a follow-up visit, just long-press a tag and drag it into the correct lane to reassign its condition instantly. Everything you capture is stored exclusively on your device using local storage, so you can walk through basements, attics, and outbuildings with complete offline access and no signal dependence. There are no accounts to create, no cloud syncing to worry about, and no mandatory fields beyond what makes sense for a quick field note. Keynspect turns every viewing into a durable, visual log that helps you compare properties, document move-in and move-out conditions, and keep your inspection history as organised as a physical key board without the clutter.
