LEAP RoadMate

LEAP RoadMate — Built for the Road. Made for Drivers. LEAP RoadMate is a purpose-built mobile app for professional truck and freight drivers working with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). No account registration. No passwords. No complicated setup. Your dispatcher sends you a shipment link via SMS — tap it and your entire trip is ready to manage, right from your phone. HOW IT WORKS Your dispatcher assigns you a load and sends a secure link to your phone. Tap it to instantly open your shipment. From there, manage every step of the trip until delivery is complete — no login required. KEY FEATURES Zero-Login Access Access your shipment securely via SMS deep link. No accounts, no passwords, no sign-up needed. Designed for drivers who just want to get moving. Full Trip Lifecycle Management Move your trip through every stage with a single tap — accept or decline the load, start the trip, go en-route to pickup, mark arrival and departure at each stop, record delivery, upload proof of documents, and close out the trip. Live Location Sharing Share your real-time GPS location with your dispatcher while on an active trip. Choose time-based or distance-based tracking intervals and pause or resume sharing at any time. Document Upload — POD and More Capture and upload Proof of Delivery (POD) and other documents directly from the app using your phone camera. Supports POD, e-Way Bills, invoices, and damage photos. Stop-by-Stop Timeline See every stop on your route with scheduled arrival and departure times. Track which stops are completed, which is next, and view recorded tracking events for each stop. Quick Actions One-tap access to call pickup and delivery contacts, open navigation, upload documents, or report an issue — delay, breakdown, or damage — directly to your dispatcher. Multi-Language Support Available in English, Hindi, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Polish, and Arabic. Switch languages at any time from within the app. Multiple Themes Light, dark, and colour theme options designed for readability in all driving conditions. WHO IS THIS APP FOR? LEAP RoadMate is a B2B app for enterprise logistics companies and their drivers running Oracle OTM. It is not a consumer ride-hailing app. Access is provided by your employer or dispatcher — drivers receive a secure SMS link for each shipment. PRIVACY AND PERMISSIONS Location is used only during active trip tracking to update delivery status. It is not used for advertising and is not shared with any third parties. Camera access is used solely to capture proof of delivery photos at stop locations.
