Vulkan: Nutrition & Training

Log your meals, log your training, and get one number out of 100 that tells you whether the day counted. Vulkan is a calorie counter and a workout log that finally agree with each other. Most fitness apps treat nutrition as a tab. Vulkan inverts the hierarchy: nutrition is worth 50 of your 100 points, half the score on its own, because you cannot out-train your diet NUTRITION — 50 POINTS Protein, carb and fat targets built around your goal: cut, maintain or gain. Log meal by meal, and the calculator recalculates your targets as your body and your goal change. Water, re tracked alongside them. TRAINING — 40 POINTS Build your own split, or generate one and train today. Weight, reps and effort (RPE) logged mid-session, with a rest timer running between sets. Every session is stored, so you knowd what you have to beat. The last 10 points are consistency, earned by shows you logged, not the days you opened the app. LOGGING, IN SECONDS Scan a barcode for packaged food. Describe a plate out loud, or in one line of text, and it comes back broken down into macros. Or photograph it and let the estimate do the typing. YOUR BODY, READ Connect Health Connect and Vulkan reads steps, active calories, sleep, resting and workout heart rate, heart rate variability and body composition, and can import workouts logged bheart rate and HRV build your daily Recovery score, compared against your own baseline.
