Voy Contigo is a family location, safety, and communication app designed to help families stay connected and close to one another. Create your family group, link your family members, and view their location on the map when they have authorized location sharing. Voy Contigo also includes communication tools, family places, driving features, and safety tools. FAMILY CHAT AND COMMUNICATION Voy Contigo allows linked family members to communicate directly through the family chat. In addition to text messages, family members can share photos and send audio messages. Quick messages are also available for everyday communication, such as “I'm here,” “Where are you?”, “I'm on my way,” and “Call me.” Notifications allow you to receive messages and alerts about new photos or audio messages even when you are not using the chat screen. PRIVACY AND CONTROL Location is used to provide location features and to share it with linked family members. Voy Contigo requests the permissions required to use location. Users can manage or revoke these permissions from Android settings. The app does not contain advertising. BACKGROUND LOCATION To keep your location up to date when the app is not visible, Voy Contigo may use background location if the user has granted the corresponding permission. This allows linked family members to have access to an updated location without requiring the app to remain open. DRIVING AND SAFETY Voy Contigo includes driving support features that can record information about trips and display speed. Speed alerts and driving features provide additional information to support families during trips. The SOS feature allows users to send an alert to linked family members in an emergency. These features are family support tools and are not a substitute for official emergency services. PLACES AND ALERTS You can set up important places and receive information about linked family members arriving at or leaving those places when the corresponding features are enabled. ACCOUNT AND DATA Voy Contigo uses a user account to provide its features. Users can manage their information and delete their account and associated data from within the app. Voy Contigo: your family, always close.
