Bluara is a to-do list built on one idea: writing a task down should not require opening an app. A permanent notification sits in your shade with a text field in it. Type, send, done. The app stays closed. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT • Your tasks stay yours There is no account and no Bluara server. Your tasks live in your phone's private storage and are never sent to us or to advertisers. If you use Android's own device backup, it can include them, like any other app. • No account, ever No email, no sign-up, no password, no sign-in with anything. CAPTURE, WHEREVER YOU ARE • Write a task straight from the notification, without opening the app • A Quick Settings tile, one swipe from anywhere • Share text from any app into Bluara: a web page title, a message, an email subject • Natural dates: type "call the garage tomorrow 2pm" and the due date and the reminder are set for you • Paste a whole list: one task per line, bullets and numbers cleaned up • Dictate instead of typing REMINDERS THAT RING ON TIME Give a task a time and Bluara reminds you, with Done and +1 hour right in the notification. A task with a date but no time simply rises to the top of your list on its day, once, then stays where you put it. YOUR LIST, YOUR ORDER • One single list. Everything is visible, nothing hides behind a counter • Drag the handle to arrange tasks exactly as you want them • #tags in a title become filters above the list: #groceries, #work • Tap a task for notes and checkable steps: the door code, the address, the packing list • Search titles and notes • Pin what matters, set due dates, postpone to tomorrow • A satisfying checkbox, and an undo bar for when your thumb slips HOME SCREEN WIDGET Your next tasks, on the home screen, with checkboxes. Tick one without opening anything at all. RECURRING TASKS Keep up to thirty things you repeat: laundry, groceries, taking the trash out. Tap one and the task is created, no typing. Give a recurring task a rhythm, every week or every fifteen days, and Bluara offers it on the day. It is offered, never created behind your back. A MORNING RECAP, IF YOU WANT ONE Off by default. Turn it on and Bluara sends one notification at the hour you choose, with today's tasks and the overdue ones. Nothing is sent on an empty day. TRIAGE, SO THE LIST STAYS ALIVE Tasks you have ignored for three weeks come back once, for a single decision: do it, or bin it. This is the part most to-do lists never solve. Without it, twenty-three tasks quietly become seventy-eight, and the app gets uninstalled.
