Runners Unite: Draw & Go

Most running apps hand you a stopwatch and assume you already know where you are going. Runners Unite starts with a blank map. Sketch a shape on it with your finger — a loop, a detour, a line down to the sea — and the app lays it onto real streets, pavements and paths. Then it shows you something quieter and just as useful: how many other people are out there at the same time as you. ✏️ SKETCH THE ROUTE YOU FEEL LIKE Trace it with a finger. No dropping pins, no clicking corner by corner. One finger draws, two move the map. What comes back is a real route on real ground, with distance, estimated time and elevation before you take a step. 🗺️ FOR WALKING, RUNNING OR RIDING The same drawing, routed three different ways. A bike is put on cycling roads, not footpaths, and each mode gets its own honest estimate of how long it will take you. 👀 SEE THE CITY ALREADY RUNNING The map shows how many people are moving near you, live, while you move. Not profiles to follow. Not strangers to meet. Just the fact that at half past five in the morning, you are not the only one who got up. 🔒 NOBODY'S EXACT POSITION, INCLUDING YOURS Positions are blurred, snapped to a coarse grid, and withheld entirely until you are well clear of where you set off — and hidden again as you come home. Sharing is off unless you turn it on, and you can decide per activity, not once and forever. 👟 EVERY STEP, PACE AND CLIMB Distance, pace, time, steps, calories and elevation. Voice guidance keeps talking with the phone locked in your pocket, and calls out the parks and water points coming up on your route. Your activities can be written to Apple Health. 🤝 A CREW, NOT A CROWD Make a crew, share the link or the QR code, and put a route on the calendar for Thursday at seven. Everyone sees who is coming and taps Go when it is time. Inside a crew you see each other — outside it, nobody is following anybody. 📸 A CARD WORTH POSTING Every finished activity becomes a story card: your route drawn over a photograph, with pace, time and distance. Take a picture mid-run and it lands on the card by itself. 🏅 SMALL WINS, NOT STREAKS Missions built out of what you already do — get out three times, pass three different parks, be out before eight.
