Vizitor Pass - Employee App Live

Vizitor PASS is the employee app for your whole workplace. If your company runs on Vizitor, this is your personal side of it, mark your attendance, book a desk or meeting room, manage the visitors you host, and see your own activity, all from your phone. One app for everything you do at the office: no walking to reception, no emailing facilities to grab a desk, no waiting for a call when your guest arrives. WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH VIZITOR PASS Mark your attendance Check in and out from your phone with QR or location-based attendance; no biometric machine, no paper register. Book desks and meeting rooms See what's free and reserve a desk or meeting room in seconds, straight from your phone. Manage your visitors Invite guests before they arrive, get notified the moment they check in, and approve or decline them with a custom message like "Be there in 5 minutes." View your activity See your attendance, bookings, and visitor history in one place with a clear personal dashboard. FOR EMPLOYEES, NOT THE FRONT DESK The front desk uses the Vizitor app on a reception tablet to check visitors in. Vizitor PASS is different, it's the app every employee keeps on their own phone to run their own workday: attendance, bookings, and visitors. One company, two apps, each for a different job. REQUIRES A WORKPLACE THAT USES VIZITOR Vizitor PASS works only if your organization uses Vizitor. Not sure? Ask your office admin or HR team. Your workplace, in your pocket. Download Vizitor PASS.
