Understand your habits, set app limits and add a mindful pause before opening distracting apps. Pause before you open Choose which apps get a pause screen. Take a guided breath or set an intention before continuing, or return to your day. Customize the message, colors and pause duration to suit your routine. Set boundaries for doomscrolling Block supported short-video feeds or set daily swipe and time limits. Use the live scroll counter to see your progress while scrolling. ProdZen supports detection for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Facebook Reels and Snapchat Spotlight. Understand your screen time Explore recorded app usage, app opens, scrolling activity and daily or longer-term trends. App-by-app insights and weekly summaries help you notice where your attention goes. Protect your focus Start a timed focus session for studying, working or taking a break from distractions. Choose the apps you need to keep available and use focus modes or Pomodoro sessions to structure your time. Build a routine that fits you Set screen time goals, add an optional mood check-in and use home-screen widgets for a quick view of your day. Adjust app boundaries and pause screens as your needs change. Optional parent controls Use PIN-protected settings, category limits and bedtime schedules to help manage boundaries on the device. Optional uninstall protection supports these controls. Permissions and compatibility Usage Access provides screen time and app usage information. With your permission, ProdZen uses Android's AccessibilityService API to detect selected apps and supported short-video feeds, count detected scrolls and display the pause or limit screens you configure. When parent uninstall protection is enabled, it also detects relevant Settings and installer screens. Feed detection and recorded activity depend on Android, your device and the versions of supported apps. Some events may be missed, and updates to other apps can affect detection.
