MaxDex: AI Planner that Calls

MaxDex is an AI accountability partner that calls you on the phone, plans your day around your energy, and follows up on whether you actually did it. Most planners are a list you ignore. MaxDex is a voice that checks in. ⚡ ENERGY MANAGEMENT You are not the same person at 9am and 3pm. MaxDex builds an hour-by-hour energy forecast from your sleep and your daily movement, and lays it straight over your planner — peak windows, afternoon dips, short nights. Demanding work goes where you can actually do it, instead of where there happened to be a gap. 🗓 PLANNING THAT FITS THE DAY YOU ARE HAVING Build your day by voice or by tapping. MaxDex places tasks in the hours that suit them, flags it when you have stacked hard work into a slump, and reshuffles when the day moves. Bigger goals break down into a roadmap and then into today — so "get fit" turns into something you can start this morning. Two-way calendar sync keeps it honest about the time you actually have. 📞 ACCOUNTABILITY CALLS Max rings you like a person would. A morning call to set the day, an evening call to close it out, and check-ins in between when you need them. Because Max can see your plan and your energy, the calls are specific: it opens with what you did, not "how was your day?" — and it knows whether today is a day to push you or a day to ease off. 📈 THE REST OF IT • Daily steps, activity and sleep, in plain language • Meal and calorie logging from a photo • Goal roadmaps that turn into daily tasks • Smart reminders that arrive when they are useful, not on a timer • AI chat with Max whenever you want to think out loud WHO IT IS FOR People who know what to do and do not do it. Anyone whose to-do list has quietly become a museum. Useful if you have ADHD, freelance, work from home, or keep losing the day to task paralysis — MaxDex adds the external structure and the follow-up that a list on its own never provides. WHAT DATA MAXDEX USES, AND WHY MaxDex asks for very little, and only what a feature actually needs: • Daily step count and movement — this is half of the energy forecast, and it is how Max can reference what you did rather than asking. On Android this comes from your phone's built-in motion sensor. On iPhone it can also read step count from Apple Health, with your permission. • Sleep — the other half of the forecast, and what decides whether a day gets loaded up or lightened. Detected on-device on Android; read from Apple Health on iPhone, with your permission. • What you log yourself — meals, workouts, weight, goals, tasks. MaxDex does not collect heart rate, heart rate variability, blood pressure, blood glucose, body temperature, oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, body fat or any other medical data. On Android, MaxDex does not use Health Connect at all. Your detailed day-by-day history stays on your device; only a short summary is used to personalise calls and chat. Your data is never sold and never used for advertising. SUBSCRIPTION MaxDex is free to download. Scheduled AI calls and unlimited AI features require a MaxDex subscription, billed through Google Play. Cancel any time in your Play Store account settings.
