Visioo is a mobile application designed for field workers to register work time and document daily activities as part of the Visioo operations platform. The application supports construction, infrastructure and other field-based organizations in digitizing work time tracking and operational workflows. KEY FEATURES WORK TIME REGISTRATION Users can start and end their workday directly in the app. The system verifies whether the user is located within an authorized geofenced work area before allowing work to begin or end. OPTIONAL FACE VERIFICATION Administrators may enable optional facial verification at the start and end of work. The feature uses AI-based face recognition technology to increase the reliability of recorded work events. Facial verification is configured and managed by the organization using the platform. WORK HISTORY AND SCHEDULE Users can access: their work history, details of registered work events, their assigned work schedule. DAILY WORKFLOW EVENT REGISTRATION Throughout the day, users can register work-related activities as part of structured workflows. This includes both: physical/manual work, and work performed using vehicles or machinery. These events help document operational activities linked to specific projects. WORK REPORTING Users can submit reports related to completed tasks, depending on company configuration. Visioo helps organizations improve operational transparency and data accuracy by digitizing time tracking and field activities. The app requires an active Visioo account provided by your organization.
