With VisionTRACE, partner organizations can submit candidate referrals, track their journey through assessment and training, and stay updated on enrollment status — all from one secure mobile app. KEY FEATURES • Quick referral submission Capture candidate details — name, contact, age, gender, address, visual impairment description, preferred training program and language — in a structured, easy-to-fill form. • Real-time status tracking Follow each referral through every stage: Pending → In Progress → Accepted → Enrolled → Training Completed. See updates as VisionAid teams process the case. • Partner dashboard At-a-glance view of your total referrals, pending follow-ups, enrolled candidates, and completed trainings. • Referral history Search and filter every referral you have submitted. View detailed records, notes, telecaller feedback, and program enrollment. • Edit and update Add additional notes, update contact details, and respond to follow-up requests directly within the app. • Secure access Login is restricted to verified partner organizations. All data is transmitted over HTTPS, and authentication tokens are stored using Android secure storage. WHO IS THIS APP FOR? VisionTRACE is intended exclusively for authorized partner organizations of VisionAid India. Accounts are provisioned by the VisionAid team after partnership onboarding. ABOUT VISIONAID INDIA VisionAid India empowers the visually impaired through structured rehabilitation, skill-development, and assistive-technology programs. By giving partner organizations a streamlined referral pipeline, VisionTRACE helps ensure no candidate is lost in the gap between identification and enrollment. PERMISSIONS VisionTRACE requests only the permissions necessary to function as a referral tool. The app does not access your camera, contacts, location, microphone, or device files. DATA AND PRIVACY VisionTRACE collects only the data needed to operate the referral pipeline: your partner login credentials, profile details, and the candidate information you choose to submit. Sensitive health and contact information about referred candidates is encrypted in transit and stored only on VisionAid India's secured servers. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.
