Ice Fishing

Ice Fishing is a compact field guide dedicated to wild mammals from around the world. It features a fixed catalog of species, each with short descriptions, key traits, ranges, and observation tips. The content is organized by daily activity levels, allowing you to quickly find nocturnal or diurnal animals. You can browse species on dedicated cards that present information in clear text sections for easy reading. A search bar and filtering chips help you narrow down the list to specific groups or names. This structure makes it simple to explore new animals or review previously studied ones. The home screen displays your last viewed species, a featured animal of the day, and the cards you have viewed most often. This layout helps you pick up where you left off without searching through the entire catalog. It keeps your interaction with the guide efficient and intuitive. A dedicated quiz section challenges your knowledge by replacing one detail in a species card. You must select the correct value from four options to restore the card. You can choose the length of your session, opting for either three or five rounds based on your available time. After each session, a summary screen shows your score and provides a detailed review of every round. This includes both your selected answer and the correct information, helping you learn from mistakes. It turns revision into an engaging and educational activity. All content is included in the app and works completely offline. Your favorites, quiz history, and progress are stored only on your device with no registration, accounts, or cloud synchronization required. Ice Fishing provides a simple and reliable way to learn about wildlife.
