Vireo KDS

Vireo KDS replaces paper tickets and shouted orders with a clean, real-time digital display for your kitchen. Built to work hand-in-hand with the VireoPos point-of-sale system, it sends every order straight from the front of house to your kitchen screen — so your team always knows exactly what to prepare next. Whether you run a busy quick-service spot, a café, or a full-service restaurant, Vireo KDS keeps your kitchen organized, fast, and in sync. Why kitchens love Vireo KDS 🍳 Live order display Orders appear on screen the moment they're placed. Each order card shows the order number, time, duration, table number, customer name, and the staff member who took it — all at a glance. ✅ Item-by-item tracking See every item, quantity, modifier, and special prep note. Mark items as prepared one by one and watch progress update in real time (e.g. "3/5 ready"), so nothing gets missed. 🔄 Automatic order flow New orders are acknowledged automatically and move smoothly through every stage — New → In Progress → Completed. Switch between active "Waiting" orders and "History" with a single tap. 🔍 Search & smart filtering Find any order instantly by number, and configure which menu categories appear on each screen — perfect for splitting work across grill, fryer, drinks, or dessert stations. 📶 Built for real kitchens A live network indicator alerts you the moment connectivity drops, while local data caching keeps your orders available.
