Vanzinha: School Van Manager

Vanzinha is the school transport management app built for school van drivers: route management, digital attendance, monthly fee tracking and parent alerts, all in one place. Replace notebooks, spreadsheets and messy group chats with a simple app designed for people who spend the day behind the wheel. 🚐 FOR SCHOOL VAN DRIVERS • Route management — plan morning, afternoon and evening routes with departure time, school, stops and boarding order. Open the full route with every stop in Google Maps or Waze. • Digital attendance — mark pick-up and drop-off for each student with one tap. Every trip's attendance list is saved in your route history. • Student records — student and parent details, address, school and shift, all organized. • Parent invites — send a link and parents follow their child from their own phone. • Digital enrollment — parents fill in the enrollment form and you just approve it. No paper. • Digital contracts — send your service contract and get it accepted in the app. • Monthly fee tracking — see who paid and who is late, keep overdue fees under control and send automatic payment reminders to parents. • Van expenses — log fuel, maintenance, tolls and insurance and see the real cost of your operation. • Vehicle maintenance — reminders for vehicle tax, licensing, insurance, service and inspections. Never miss a deadline. • Fleet — manage more than one van and see how full each vehicle is. 👨‍👩‍👧 FOR PARENTS • Pick-up and drop-off alerts — know the moment your child gets on and off the van. • Van on the way — get notified when the driver starts the route. • Absence notice — child staying home today? Let the driver know with one tap. • Chat with the driver — talk inside the app, away from personal group chats. • Fees and contract — follow payments and accept the contract from your phone. 🔔 NOTIFICATIONS THAT MATTER Van on the way, student on board, absence reported, fee due soon and van documents about to expire — all kept in the app's notification center. 🔒 SECURITY AND PRIVACY Each driver only sees their own data, and each parent only follows their own children. 💛 MADE FOR BRAZILIAN SCHOOL TRANSPORT Built for the daily routine of school van drivers in Brazil: shifts, monthly fees, contracts and getting kids to school on time.
