Sevasamithi Manager

Sevasamithi Manager helps Ganesh Chaturthi festival committees track donations and expenses in one simple app — no more paper registers or scattered spreadsheets. For committee admins: • Create your Sevasamithi in minutes with a name, area, and festival year • Track every donor, how much they pledged, and how much they've actually paid • Log every festival expense — decorations, prasadam, sound system, and more • See your live balance: total collected, total spent, and what's left • Add members with admin or view-only access, so the right people can help • Share a read-only dashboard link with your committee or donors • Update your Sevasamithi's name, area, and profile photo anytime For committee members: • Log in with a username and password set up by your admin • Record donor payments and expenses on the go • See the festival's financial picture update in real time Built for Indian festival committees: • Works in English, తెలుగు (Telugu), and ಕನ್ನಡ (Kannada) • Designed for how Silversmiths actually track money — donor pledges vs. actual payments, categorized expenses, and a running balance Whether you're running a small neighborhood Ganesh Chaturthi celebration or a large community pandal, Sevasamithi Manager keeps your festival's finances transparent and organized for everyone involved.
