Loop

Still tracking team work in endless WhatsApp group chats and confusing spreadsheets? Loop is the clean, phone-first work tracker built specifically for small business teams—contractors, design agencies, dental clinics, retail shops, and marketing squads. When your team isn't made of software engineers, you don't need complex sprints, backlog grooming, or 50 configurable settings. You just need to know who is doing what, when it's due, and who changed what. WHY SMALL TEAMS CHOOSE LOOP: • Instant Team Access: No tedious password setup or confusing permissions. Start in seconds with just your name, create your team, and invite your teammates with a quick 6-character code. • Only the 6 Fields That Actually Matter: Every task stays simple and fast: 1. Title 2. Description 3. Status (To do, Doing, Done) 4. Priority (Low, Normal, High) 5. Assignee (Anyone on your team) 6. Deadline (Clear calendar date) • Full Activity History: Ever wonder "Who moved this task?" or "When was this deadline changed?" Loop logs every single change with the team member's name and exact timestamp. You will never have to ask "who did this" in the group chat again. • Automatic Morning Alerts: Stop chasing colleagues for updates. Loop delivers daily morning alerts at 9:00 AM straight to team members' phones when deadlines approach. • Smart Owner Escalations: Configure rules so that if high-priority work sits untouched or overdue, the team owner gets notified automatically before things slip through the cracks. • One Organization, Equal Teamwork: Everyone in your organisation can view, create, and update tasks together.
