Full description

Vigil MarketScanner watches used-car listings across Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist and shows you what each one is worth against the wider market. HOW IT WORKS Set a zone — a ZIP code and a radius — plus the filters that matter: year, mileage, price, body style, keywords. We scan continuously and surface what's new. Every vehicle is scored against our Market Value Index, built from our own corpus of comparable listings. You see the asking price, the index, the difference between them, and the comparables the estimate rests on. WHAT YOU GET - A live feed of vehicles matching your zone, newest first - A grade on each: Great, Good, Fair or Over - The comps behind every estimate — never a number without its reasoning - Red flags read from listing text: salvage, rebuilt, flood, branded title - A board to track vehicles you're pursuing, bought, sold or lost - Alerts when something matching your zone appears WHAT IT IS NOT The Market Value Index is our own estimate built from asking prices in our corpus. It is not an appraisal and it is not Manheim MMR. Treat it as a starting point for your own research. Vigil MarketScanner is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Facebook, Meta or Craigslist. We link out to the original listing; every transaction happens between you and the seller, on their platform. Price, availability and condition are authoritative on the source listing and can change at any time.

What's new

Bug fixes: the status bar is readable in light mode, and editing or saving a zone now returns you cleanly to your zones list. Plus a countdown to your next batch of cars, and stability improvements.
