Diese App wurde im Auftrag der Rupp + Hubrach Optik GmbH entwickelt Um sich vor schädlicher UV-Strahlung und energiereicher blau-violetter Strahlung zu schützen, gibt es verschiedene Brillenglaslösungen. Mit dieser App und dem dazugehörigen Messtool werden die Eigenschaften und Vorzüge der einzelnen Lösungen anschaulich und leicht nachvollziehbar dargestellt. Dabei wird die Transmission oder Lichtreduktion im erweiterten UV-Bereich oder im blau-violetten Wellenlängenbereich gemessen. Die Anwendung erlaubt den Vergleich von bis zu drei Gläsern. Die App funktioniert offline. Sie benötigt zwingend die Verbindung mit dem R+H Messtool „UV 400“.
