vidhiDiary is a court diary for advocates practising in India. It keeps your case register, your hearing dates and your daily cause list in one place, on your phone, so you always know what is listed where and on which date. WHAT YOU CAN DO Keep a case register. Record each matter with its case type, number and year, the court, the cause title, your client and the opposing side, the Act and sections, the stage and the filing date. Put matters into folders of your own, for example by court, by client or by subject. Track every hearing. For a matter, log the date, the purpose, what happened in court and the next date. Mark an adjournment with its reason. When you set a next date, one tap creates the follow-up entry. See the day at a glance. The cause list screen shows every matter fixed for a chosen date, grouped by court, with a serial number, the case number, the cause title and the purpose. Swipe to move between dates. Stay on top of dates. The dashboard sorts your active matters by their next hearing into overdue, today, this week and later, so a date does not slip past you. Attach documents. Add a PDF, a photo or a Word file to a matter or to a single hearing, and open it later with one tap. WORKS OFFLINE Your diary sits on your device. You can add matters, log hearings and read everything with no signal, which is usually the case in a court building. When you are back online it syncs to your own Google account, privately. Sign in on another device and your data is there. SHARE A CASE WITH A CLIENT You can share one case with a client through a secure link. The client signs in with Google and sees that case in read-only form, its details and its full hearing history. They cannot see your other matters or your folders and they cannot change anything. Remove the link whenever you want. MADE FOR INDIAN PRACTICE Case types cover civil and criminal work, from writ petitions and suits to bail applications, cheque bounce complaints and appeals, each with the correct party labels. Court, stage, purpose and adjournment options are ready to pick, and every field also takes free text. Section references follow the 2023 codes, the BNS, the BNSS and the BSA, while matters filed earlier keep their old citations. PRICING Use everything for 7 days for 1 rupee.
