Viarento

Viarento brings renters and hosts together in one app. Find a room, studio or parking lot to rent in Malaysia, or manage the properties you rent out, from the first enquiry to move-in, rent and renewal. For renters • Search rooms, studios, 1-bedroom units and parking lots by location, budget, move-in date and number of occupants • Browse listings on a map, filter by amenities such as air-conditioning, bathroom type and parking, and save the ones you like • See the full cost upfront: monthly rent, deposits, fees and what is due at move-in • Read reviews and ratings from past tenants, and view each host's profile • Request more details and arrange a viewing with the host, or book without a viewing • Accept offers, pay the booking fee online through a secure payment page, and sign your booking form and tenancy agreement in the app • Keep track of rent: see what is due, upload payment receipts for your host to confirm, and ask to split a month's rent into installments • Review renewal offers and rate your host after your tenancy For hosts • List rooms, studios, 1-bedroom units and parking lots with photos, pricing, deposits and house preferences. Listings are reviewed by Viarento before they go live • Manage all your properties and listings in one place • Receive enquiries, send offer terms and move each deal through booking, signing and move-in • Check tenant profiles, ratings and reviews from other hosts before you commit • Confirm rent receipts, see what is paid, pending or overdue, and handle installment requests and extra charges • Set rent reminders, and track utility bills and maintenance costs for each property • Handle renewals, move-outs and deposit settlements • See occupancy, revenue and collection rate on your dashboard • Request payouts of booking fees to your bank account One account for both Use a single Viarento account as a renter and as a host, and switch between the two at any time. Renters and hosts verify their mobile number before starting a rental or adding a property. Notifications keep you updated on offers, documents to sign and payments, and the Viarento team is on hand through in-app support tickets.
