Asas

Asas is the all-in-one platform for planning, building, and furnishing your project — connecting you directly with engineers, engineering offices, and trusted material vendors. UPLOAD YOUR PLAN, GET REAL OFFERS Upload your architectural plans (PDF or images) and choose how you want to move forward: open them up for proposals from engineering offices and freelance engineers, or manually invite the companies you want to work with. Compare quotations side by side and negotiate directly in-app before you commit. BOOK SERVICES WITH CONFIDENCE Browse verified companies, engineering offices, and freelancers by category — construction, design, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, landscaping, smart home, and more. Check ratings, completed projects, and portfolios, then book a site visit or service request in a few taps. CHAT AND NEGOTIATE DIRECTLY Message engineers, offices, and vendors in real time. Share files, photos, and documents, track every proposal and site visit request, and get notified the moment something changes. SHOP THE MARKETPLACE Order construction materials from verified vendors, track your order from placement to delivery, and get notified automatically if a vendor substitution is needed — with the option to accept or cancel and get refunded. PAY SECURELY, STAY PROTECTED Pay with KNET, Apple Pay, or card. Payments are held in escrow until you confirm the work is done, and you can raise a dispute any time if something isn't right. MANAGE YOUR PROJECT FINANCES Track spending and invoices with built-in expense tracking, and use the home budget calculator to estimate construction costs before you start. STAY ORGANIZED Keep tabs on your plans, bookings, price requests, and orders in one place, save your favourite companies and products, and rate your experience once a project is complete. Available in English and Arabic. Whether you're building a new home, renovating, or sourcing materials for an ongoing project, Asas brings everyone you need — engineers, offices, freelancers, and vendors — into a single, secure app.
