vezOps is Vezzies’ internal operations app for staff. Use it to sign in securely, view your role-based dashboard, and manage telecaller work from your phone. Features Secure login – Sign in with your registered mobile number and OTP. Role-based dashboard – Home screen and options tailored to your role. Telecaller – Access campaigns, view leads and customer details, manage follow-up calls, and use search to find customers quickly. Call support – Open the dialer and use call-related features as part of your workflow. Offline-friendly – Works better with limited connectivity using local storage. This app is for authorised Vezzies staff only. Access is controlled via your organisation account.

What's new

Dashboard — Order dashboard shows only active orders for store users; delivered/cancelled orders are hidden. Order count badge removed from order tiles. For admins, delivered orders now show time to deliver (e.g. 45 mins, 1 hr 20 mins). Reports — Access sales, wastage, telecaller feedback, store employees, internal audit, and internal transfers reports. Attendance — Check-in/check-out with geofence, overtime (OT), worked days, and live location tracking.
