VERA is a running coach that happens to live on your phone. Not another app that records what you already did. VERA decides what you should do next — and changes its mind when your week does. It builds a full plan from today to race day: phases, weekly volume, key sessions, and a taper that arrives on time. IT ADAPTS WHEN LIFE DOES Got sick. Slept badly. Missed Tuesday. Tell VERA in plain language and the plan changes properly — the week eases, the key sessions move, the race stays where it is. No guilt, no starting over. A COACH YOU CAN TALK TO Ask why a session exists. Say a workout felt awful. Ask for something easier. VERA answers like a coach who knows your history, because it has it. Type or talk. CHOOSE HOW YOU'RE COACHED Ascent is patient and encouraging. Forge is direct. Atlas explains the physiology behind everything. Switch whenever you like. Run for the Pickle — Amsterdam edition. The banana is retired: from 7 to 18 October every km you run colours one pixel of nine duct-taped pickles and is one entry in the prize draw (On running shoes, Oakley glasses, a Fusion t-shirt, Les Frères Chaussettes socks, nomio packs). Run alone or for your run club.
