BGTix is the field ticketing app for BG Group Demolition & Remediation crews. It replaces paper load tickets with a guided workflow that captures everything a haul needs — job site, material, truck, photos and a signature — in under a minute, right at the loading point. CREATE A TICKET IN THREE STEPS Pick the job site, disposal site, material and truck from lists that stay up to date on your device. Enter a custom material when the job calls for something off-list. The app records the GPS location of the ticket automatically, so every load carries proof of where it was created. CAPTURE PHOTOS AND A SIGNATURE Photograph the material and the truck directly from the app. Images are resized and compressed on the device before upload, so tickets go through quickly even on a weak connection. Collect the driver's signature on screen with your finger and it is attached to the ticket. WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL Job sites are not known for good coverage. BGTix keeps job sites, disposal sites and material catalogs stored on the device, so you can create complete tickets with no connection at all. Everything is saved locally and uploads on its own once you are back in range — including in the background, without reopening the app. Nothing is deleted from your phone until the server confirms it received both the ticket and its photos. A pending counter on the main screen shows exactly how many tickets and photos are still waiting. PRINT ON THE SPOT Pair a Bluetooth Zebra printer and hand the driver a printed ticket before the truck leaves. TRUCK LOAD REPORTS Pull a truck load report for any date range and job site, straight from the app. BUILT FOR THE FIELD Large buttons sized for gloved hands, a short flow with no unnecessary screens, and Android 5.0 or newer on both 32-bit and 64-bit phones. ACCOUNT REQUIRED BGTix is an internal tool for BG Group personnel. It requires a username and password issued by your organization and connects to BG Group's ticketing system. It cannot be used without those credentials.
