Whiplyn

Importing a car to Ghana does not have to be complicated or risky. Whiplyn makes it simple and secure: tell us the car you want, get a vetted agent, approve each payment before it is charged, and track everything to delivery in one app. No endless WhatsApp threads. No sending money into the dark. One clear, protected process from start to finish. HOW IT WORKS It takes minutes to get started. Step 1: Tell us your car Pick your import type (used from the US, Dubai, or China, or brand new from China). Add make, model, year, condition, and budget if you like. That is it. Your agent takes it from there. Step 2: Your agent finds options A vetted import agent is assigned to your order. They source vehicles, share photos, specs, and full cost breakdowns in the app, and answer questions in chat. Step 3: Review, approve, then pay securely Every payment request shows what you are paying for before any money moves. You approve each charge in the app first. Pay in simple stages (deposit, then milestones like vehicle balance, shipping, and clearance) through secure checkout with Mobile Money, card, and other supported methods via Paystack. Step 4: Track the journey Follow your order in one place: sourcing, bidding, shipping, port arrival, duty, clearance, optional repairs, and delivery. You stay informed at every stage. SAFE, SECURE PAYMENTS Your money is protected by design, not promises. • You approve every payment before funds are collected. Nothing is charged without your confirmation • Full cost breakdowns before you pay. No surprise fees hidden in a chat message • Secure payments processed through Paystack, a trusted payment provider • Pay with Mobile Money, card, and other supported methods • Payments go to verified suppliers, auction platforms, shipping companies, and service providers. Your agent coordinates the process but does not hold your funds • Payment records and receipts stay in the app for your order • Cancel your order free of charge anytime before your first payment • Refunds may be approved where no third-party costs have been incurred, where we charged you in error, or in other cases set out in our Refund Policy • Approved refunds return to your original payment method where possible, typically within 14 business days WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP • Start an import in minutes by letting us know your preferences • Choose US auctions, Dubai, China, or let your agent pick the best source • Review vehicle options with photos and clear landed costs • Approve each payment request before it is charged • Pay securely in-app with itemized payment requests • Chat with your agent on every order • Track shipping and milestones with live updates • Handle duty, clearance, and optional repairs step by step • Keep all order documents in one vault • Get notifications when something needs your attention • Confirm delivery and rate your experience WHY WHIPLYN Importing through a regular agent often means informal transfers, unclear charges, and no record of what you paid.
