TRACK IN SECONDS Snap a photo and get a full breakdown of your meal. See every item, edit anything, and fix mistakes with a quick note. No streaks, no guilt trips, just a clear number that tells you where you stand right now. SEE THE WEEK, NOT ONE BAD DAY Trends show your week at a glance. One heavy dinner does not ruin anything. Tek keeps you focused on the pattern, not the slip. COACHING THAT WAITS FOR REAL DATA Log weigh-ins and Tek suggests small budget adjustments only after enough check-ins, capped at gentle steps. No crash diet advice, and no exercise calorie credit that hides the real picture. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your diary stays on your device. Sign in only if you want cloud backup. Export or delete your data anytime. Meal photos are analyzed and then deleted from our servers. Tek gives estimates to guide everyday choices. It is not medical advice. Learn more at gettek.app
