REMINDERS, NOT NAGGING Every timed task gets a quiet notification when it's due. For the things you cannot miss, choose an alarm instead. It rings full-screen, over the lock screen, even in Do Not Disturb. RECURRING, ONE-OFF, AND "EVERY FEW HOURS" Daily routines, weekday-only tasks, every-N-days chores, and intra-day habits like "drink water every 2 hours" between the hours you choose.
