Record multiple types of incidents, including near misses, vehicle and environmental incidents, and employee and non-employee injuries. The Vector EHS (formerly IndustrySafe) app will help your organization to streamline and standardize your safety inspections and incident recording processes. You can easily take and attach photos to your forms, as well as pinpoint your exact GPS location. Create and assign corrective actions to team members to resolve identified issues.
