Talk to people, read menus and convert prices, all from one simple app. Lingle turns what you say into another language and speaks it out loud, so the person in front of you can hear it. It keeps working when you have no signal. HOLD TO TALK Press and hold the big button, speak naturally, then let go. The app keeps listening through short pauses, translates what you said and reads it aloud in a clear voice. Tap the swap button to let the other person answer. WORKS OFFLINE When you choose a language, Lingle downloads what it needs in the background: the translation pack, and your phone's offline speech and voice packs where your phone offers them. After that you can talk, type and scan with no internet. If your phone has no offline speech pack for a language, Lingle's own built-in speech engine takes over, right on your phone, so Talk still works offline in 57 languages. Settings shows exactly which languages are ready offline. SCAN MENUS AND SIGNS Take a photo of a menu, sign or label, or pick one from your gallery. Lingle works out the language by itself, turns sideways photos upright and lays the translation right over the original words, in the colours of the page. Switch to Original, or to a List view that translates whole paragraphs, and pinch to zoom. Works with Latin, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Devanagari scripts. AI MENU SUMMARY On supported phones with on-device AI (Gemini Nano), a Summary tab sums up a scanned menu in three short points, written on your phone. Nothing is uploaded. CURRENCY CONVERTER Convert between more than 160 world currencies with daily exchange rates. Search by name or code, with your recent picks at the top.
