Vatar Responder

Vatar Responder is the working app for certified responders on the Vatar network. When the response centre dispatches you, your phone tells you. Open the job, accept it, and work it through to resolved. YOUR QUEUE Every dispatch assigned to you, with the incident type, the address, and how to reach the member who raised it. THE RESPONSE LADDER Accept, en route, on scene, resolved. Each step tells the response centre and the waiting member where you are in the job, without anyone making a phone call to find out. NAVIGATION Open the incident straight in Google Maps. Where an incident has no map pin, the address is there to navigate by instead, so a missing fix never stops you moving. LIVE LOCATION While you are on a dispatch, the response centre can see you approaching, and so can the member waiting for you. You can turn it off, and the app tells you plainly what that costs rather than hiding it. FIELD REPORTS Add what happened, with photos, straight onto the dispatch. Photos are compressed on the phone before they are sent, so a report still goes through on a weak connection.
