Vantage YMS replaces the clipboard, the whiteboard and the $50K gate system at warehouses, 3PLs, distribution centers and cold storage yards with 5 to 80 dock doors. AT THE GATE • Gate a trailer in or out with one photo. On-device OCR reads the trailer number; the clerk confirms. • Driver check-in with no kiosk and nothing to install at the guard shack. • C-TPAT 7-point inspection in the app, with photos, a signature and a timestamp. • Detention disputes end with a timestamped gate log instead of an argument. IN THE YARD • Live list of which trailer is at which dock door or yard slot. • Yard check walks the lot and flags anything out of place. • See who arrived when, and how long they have been waiting.
