Soma - Wellness Tracker

Soma is a modern wellness tracker rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom, built for people who want to take their health seriously without the noise. INTERMITTENT FASTING Choose from proven protocols — 16:8, 14:10, 18:6, 24-hour, or set a custom window. A live timer tracks every second of your fast, and a notification tells you the moment your window closes. HYDRATION TRACKING Log water intake with one tap using quick-add presets (200 ml, 350 ml, 500 ml) or a custom amount. A daily arc shows your progress toward your personal hydration goal. AYURVEDIC DAILY TIPS Soma identifies your Dosha type (Vata, Pitta, or Kapha) during onboarding and delivers a fresh, personalised Dinacharya tip every single day — drawn from a curated library of classical Ayurvedic practices. HEALTH METRICS Log and chart your Weight, Fasting Glucose, HbA1c, Visceral Fat, Muscle Mass, Metabolic Age, and Body Fat percentage over time. Clean line charts let you see trends at a glance.
