O VaiNoRH foi criado para aprimorar a comunicação interna nas organizações. Segundo Peter Drucker, “60% de todos os problemas administrativos resultam da ineficiência de comunicação”. Estudos mostram que a comunicação interna é bastante negligenciada pelas organizações e que esse processo, se bem conduzido, é capaz de alinhar o pensamento dos colaboradores às políticas estratégicas e às diretrizes da empresa. Como consequência de tal alinhamento, geram-se resultados positivos e sustentáveis. Pensando nisso, criamos o VaiNoRH, um canal direto e acessível que possibilita uma comunicação ágil e assertiva entre colaboradores e empresa.
