Quartz: Focus & Flow

Quartz is a focus timer that keeps an honest record of where your time went. TWO WAYS TO FOCUS Pomodoro — work in timed sessions with short breaks between, and a longer one when you have earned it. Adjust every duration to suit you. Free Roam — an open-ended timer that counts up while you work. Start it, end it when you are done, and Quartz keeps the real total. ATTACH A TASK Give a session something to be about. Quartz remembers which task each session belonged to, so your history tells you what you actually worked on, not just how long you sat there. AN HONEST RECORD Every session is kept — the ones you finished and the ones you skipped, with the time you actually spent rather than the time you planned. See today's focus at a glance, a running streak, and a full history to look back through. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Quartz works with no account and no sign-in. Everything lives on your device. If you want your sessions on more than one device, turn on Back up & sync and Quartz writes to a private folder in your own Google Drive — an area only this app can open, and that the developer cannot read. There is no Quartz server. Sync is optional, and off until you turn it on. No ads. No analytics. No third-party trackers. ALSO INCLUDED Home screen widgets showing your current session and today's totals. Daily reminders, on the days you choose. Five themes, in light or dark. Built for phones and tablets.
