Vacationist Group Trip Planner

Planning group trips without the group chat chaos. Split expenses, vote on activities, share packing lists, chat with others & keep everyone in sync about the trip. From first idea to way back home. Vacationist is your all-in-one group trip planner for friends, families, and colleagues. Whether you're organising a bachelorette weekend, a family holiday, a road trip with friends, or a multi-stop adventure abroad — everyone stays on the same page, in real time. No external polls. No shared spreadsheets. Just one app the whole group actually uses. No account required to join — share a single invite link and guests jump straight into votes and trip details. 🗳️ Vote on activities together Suggest activities, accommodations, or flights — and let the group vote. Like it, skip it, or flag it for discussion. Voting closes automatically and the group's favourites rise to the top. Finally, a way to plan a group trip without arguments. 💸 Split travel expenses, done right Log every shared cost — hotel, dinner, taxi, museum ticket. Assign a payer, choose how to split (equally, by percentage, or fixed amount), and the balance tracker shows exactly who owes what. Settle up in one tap. No more chasing people after the trip. 💬 One dedicated chat per trip Keep every conversation in one place. Discuss plans, ask questions, share updates, and make decisions without digging through endless group messages. Every trip gets its own dedicated chat, so nothing gets lost between different vacations or everyday conversations. 🛒 Shared packing & shopping lists Create lists the whole group can edit in real time. Check items off as you go — perfect for packing lists, grocery runs, or group gift buying. 🏨 Accommodation & transfer tracking One place for every booking: hotel address, check-in time, reference number. Log flights and transfers so no one misses a pickup or a departure. 📝 Shared trip notes A living notepad for the group — restaurant addresses, local tips, emergency contacts. Everyone always has the latest version. 🔒 Encrypted travel documents Store passport or ID details inside the app, protected by biometric authentication and AES-256 encryption. Grant temporary access to a travel companion when needed — revoke it any time. 🔔 Smart push notifications Stay in the loop when a teammate suggests an activity, logs an expense, or the group reaches a decision — without being overwhelmed. 👥 Guest access — no sign-up needed Anyone can join a trip via invite link and participate right away. Full members can sign in with Google or a magic link. No passwords. No friction. Built for short or long trips, group weekends, family holidays, bachelorette trips, bachelor parties, team retreats, and road trips of any size.
