Stikkteller

Stikkteller helps you see your daily energy, one match at a time. You start each day with 12 matches in a matchbox. When you spend energy — brushing your teeth, attending a meeting, making a decision — you tap the matchbox, pull a match, and watch it burn. The number at the top shows how many remain. No text entry. No history. No charts. Stikkteller is a pure visual energy budget for people with ADHD, chronic illness, and fatigue who use Spoon Theory (or similar metaphors) to manage limited daily capacity. It is especially helpful on low-energy days when traditional health apps feel too heavy. How it works • Wake up with 12 matches. Your box refills at local midnight. • Tap the matchbox to spend one. A match rises, strikes, and burns — a physical gesture instead of a form to fill out. • See what’s left. When you reach zero, a calm sunset marks a day well spent. No guilt, no backlog, no data to review tomorrow. Built for low-energy days • Zero text entry — no diary, no symptom log, no typing on brain-fog days • No history or charts — only today’s remaining matches • Private by design — your match count stays on your device; no account, no sign-up, no login • Free to use forever — optional unlock or low subscription to support development (same WinRAR-style honor system as other U-Things apps); nothing is blocked if you don’t pay Stikkteller deliberately does not replace comprehensive health trackers. There is no historical logging, no symptom correlation, and no text entry. It is a simple inventory of how much energy you have left right now. Made by U-Things.
