Du3 is an invoicing app for teams that work in Slack. Send invoices to clients, collect invoices from contractors, and see who has paid, all in one place. Du3y, the Du3 bot, posts every update in your team's Slack channel, so nobody has to chase a spreadsheet. Most invoicing apps only handle the money coming in. Du3 handles both directions. The invoices you send and the bills you receive sit side by side. SEND INVOICES AND GET PAID • Make an invoice with line items, tax and your logo. • Clients get a clean invoice by email that shows them how to pay you. • Du3 reminds clients when an invoice is due or late, at most once a day. • Mark an invoice as paid when the money arrives, and your team sees it straight away. COLLECT INVOICES FROM CONTRACTORS • Share one short link. Contractors fill in their invoice and bank details themselves. • Ask for exactly what you need, like a PO number or project code. • Review each invoice, then mark it paid or reject it. • Contractors track their invoices for free. They don't need a paid plan. KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENING WITHOUT ASKING • Du3y posts in Slack when an invoice is sent, viewed, paid, late or waiting for approval. • Ask Du3y questions in plain words, like "who hasn't paid yet?" • Get a push notification on your phone when something needs you.
