리슨투미는 성희롱/성폭력, 직장내 괴롭힘, 내부 부패 등 조직 내에서 발생한 소셜범죄에 대응하기 위해 만들어진 시스템입니다. 피해자 중심의 철학으로 설계되어, 피해자가 자신의 신원을 노출하지 않고도 대응을 시작할 수 있습니다. 피해 대응은 우선 신속하고 정확한 기록에서 시작되며 리슨투미는 이를 위해 다양한 장치들을 마련했습니다. 기록이 준비되면 비밀이 보장되는 공동대응 기능을 통해 피해자에게 힘을 실어줍니다. 기관내 고충업무 담당자들은 리슨투미 시스템을 통해 기관 내부의 피해자들의 사건 대응 추이를 실시간으로 감지할 수 있습니다. 사건 내용은 피해자들이 용기를 내어 신고한 이후에 확인할 수 있지만, 신고 이전에도 사전 대응 준비가 가능한 유일한 플랫폼입니다. 약자의 목소리에 귀기울여 좀 더 나은 세상을 만드는 리슨투미를 이용해 보세요. 자세한 도입문의는 홈페이지(www.listen2me.or.kr)를 참조하세요.
