Urbit es una aplicación para mejorar tu urbanización e informar de incidencias. Con la aplicación se incentiva la colaboración ciudadana para mantener y mejorar nuestra urbanización en conjunto. Es una app totalmente gratuita para los usuarios que permite a éstos notificar las incidencias detectadas, recibir alertas de su urbanización o realizar encuestas. A través de esta aplicación se facilita la gestión de la urbanización y mejora la comunicación a la hora de enviar y recibir notificaciones. Con ella se mejora también la capacidad de actuación y respuesta por parte de los representantes de la urbanización. Descarga Urbit y empieza a ayudar en la mejora de tu urbanización. A partir de ahora, comunicar avisos sobre roturas en la red de agua, estado de un contenedor, limpieza en una calle o jardín, caídas de señales de tráfico o apagados en las luminarias, por ejemplo, es fácil y sencillo. Sólo tienes que descargarte la app y seguir unos sencillos pasos: Tu comunidad te dará de alta en el sistema y te enviará un usuario y contraseña. Eliges entre las opciones que ofrece la app: realizar encuesta, enviar incidencia, ver noticias o eventos. Si has elegido “Nuevo aviso” aparecerá una pantalla donde debes seleccionar qué hay que arreglar: alcantarillas, alumbrado, zonas verdes, etc. Una vez elegida la opción, aparecerá un localizador para que indiques el lugar exacto donde está el se encuentra el desperfecto mediante el GPS de tu móvil e, incluso, podrás fotografiarla. Las incidencias llegan al equipo de gestión de Urbit, el cuál se encargará de gestionarlas con la mayor brevedad posible.
