Full description

MD Reference mobil əlavəsinin əsas məqsədi tibbi yardımın keyfiyyətinin yüksəldilməsidir. Tibb elminin şaxələnməsi, tibbi biliklərin dərinləşməsi, əczaçılıq sənayesinin sürətli inkişafı, yeni müalicə üsullarının və dərman vasitələrinin tətbiqi, çoxsaylı müalicə üsulları və istifadədə olan dərman vasitələri haqqında yeni biliklərin meydana çıxması və yeni müasir texnologiyaların inkişafı, elektron səhiyyə və tibbi xidmətlərin geniş vüsət alması praktik həkimlərin məsuliyyətini artırmaqla yanaşı, həm də onların fəaliyyətində bir sıra çətinliklər yaradır. Keyfiyyətli tibbi yardım tibb elminin ən son nailiyyətlərinə arxalanaraq düşünülmüş qərarların verilməsi və müalicə-diaqnostika ilə bağlı müvafiq addımların atılmasını özündə ehtiva edir. Lakin tam tədqiq edilməmiş və sübut olunmamış hər hansı yeniliyin tətbiqi təhlükə daşıyır. Eyni ilə, əskidən istifadə olunan, lakin faydası təsdiq olunmamış, hətta bir çox hallarda zərəri sübuta yetirilmiş yanaşmaların, diaqnostik müayinələrin və müalicə tədbirlərinin tətbiqi də yolverilməzdir. Bunlar pasientlərin həyatına ciddi təhlükə yaradır. Müasir dünyada tıbb elmi o dərəcədə inkişaf edib və o qədər məlumat və bilik toplanıb ki, bir həkim həmin böyük informasiya axını şəraitində necə hərəkət etdiyini tam dərk etmir. Tədqiqatlat göstərir ki, müasir zamanda bir ailə həkimi və ya terapevt hər gün ən azı 19 yeni elmi məqalə oxumalıdır. Amma vaxtın məhdudluğu, pasient yükünün artması bu işi mümkünsüz edir. Bu, təkcə Azərbaycanda deyil, qlobal miqyasda səhiyyə sahəsində meydana çıxan bir vəziyyətdir. "MD Reference" mobil əlavəsi həkimlərin və digər tibb işçilərinin bilik və bacarıqlarının təkmilləşdirilməsi, yeniliklərdən xəbərdar olması və praktik fəaliyyətdə yenilikləri rahat tətbiq etməsinə əhəmiyyətli dərəcədə kömək edəcəkdir.
