HOW IT WORKS Put an item from your inventory on the wheel, pick a pricier target and spin. The more expensive the target, the lower your chance, and that chance is shown right on the wheel before you spin. Win, and the target is yours. Lose, and the stake is gone, though a consolation prize often comes back.
