Full description
Take back your attention. Unplugg helps you understand how you use your phone, cut distractions, and build calmer digital habits with clear insights, gentle structure, and tools that work with your day. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Daily challenges - Small, repeatable steps that help you stay consistent, not perfect. • Friends & accountability - Connect with people you trust and stay motivated together (where available). • Screen time & usage - See how your time adds up so you can spot patterns and make intentional changes. • App blocking & focus - Reduce interruptions from distracting apps when you need to concentrate. • Limits that fit you - Set boundaries around apps and categories so your phone supports your goals. ANDROID — ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE (REQUIRED INFORMATION) On Android, Unplugg uses Android’s AccessibilityService API so the app can detect when you open an app you’ve chosen to block or limit, including to enforce timers you configure. That lets Unplugg show your blocking screen and help you stay consistent with the rules you set. This AccessibilityService capability is limited to enabling those digital-wellbeing blocking and time-limit features. Unplugg does not use Accessibility for remote call/audio recording. It does not change system settings without your involvement, circumvent Android privacy controls or uninstall flows, read text or messages from other apps’ screens, capture your screen contents, collect contacts or call logs, serve ads with this permission, or send accessibility-derived data off your device—in line with Unplugg’s in-app disclosure. You can revoke access anytime in Settings › Accessibility › Unplugg, or uninstall the app. By enabling Unplugg’s accessibility service after reviewing the on-screen disclosure, you consent to this use solely for app blocking and screen-time enforcement as described. WHY UNPLUGG Modern phones are designed to pull you back in. Unplugg is built around clarity: what you’re doing, what you want to change, and what to try next without turning wellbeing into another chore. UNPLUGG PRO (OPTIONAL) Upgrade for deeper analytics and a richer view of your habits — for example longer history, richer breakdowns, and trend-style views that make progress easier to see over time. Pro is optional; you can start a free trial and upgrade when you’re ready. PRIVACY & TRUST Unplugg is built to support healthier phone use. Some features rely on permissions and system access so we can show usage and apply controls you choose. You stay in control of what you enable. Questions or feedback?
