Talonen Zusla Kroslas

Talonen Zusla Kroslas is a glaze chemistry and kiln firing notebook for potters who mix 🥣 their own glazes. Type ⌨️ a recipe the way you write it on a test tile, and the app 📱 reads its chemistry, its fit against your clay body, and where it lands on the surface from dry to fluid gloss. Every recipe shows its unity formula, a batch weighed out in grams, and a fit reading measured against your clay body's expansion, so a crazing or shivering problem is a number 🔢 you can see 👀 before the glaze goes on a pot. The melt map 🗺️ plots every glaze on your shelf by silica to alumina ratio, so you can see at a glance which recipes sit in the dry, matte, bright gloss or fluid zones. When a glaze needs work, the bench takes over. Give it a goal 🎯 - stop crazing, stop shivering, make it matte, make it glossy, move it to another cone, fix pinholing, cut a running glaze - and it rebalances the recipe within a movement budget 💰 you choose, showing exactly which materials moved and by how much. It can also blend two recipes together and let you step through the results. In Talonen Zusla Kroslas, the materials library 📚 carries the oxide analysis for the feldspars, clays, silica, fluxes and colourants a glaze recipe draws on, with substitutes and a list 📋 of every recipe that uses a given material. Firings get the same care: plan 🗺️ a schedule 🗓️ from ramps and holds, load it with test tiles, and see the cone it reaches, the peak temperature, and warnings for things like a fast quartz inversion or a matte glaze cooled too quickly. A library of shipped schedule templates covers common bisque and glaze firings from cone 04 to cone 10, in oxidation or reduction. Everything you enter - recipes, firings, and photos 📸 of results - stays on your device 📱. Talonen Zusla Kroslas is built for anyone who tests and adjusts their own glazes, from a first test tile to a shelf full of recipes fired across many cones.
